51 yo, 6'3", HW 339, SW 314, CW 274-284- in a stall   Surgery date 9/19/19    My surgeon isn't into the goal weight my window is 100 pounds off to put me at high school weight, 85, to put me about 200 where I was healthiest, and could live with 75 and have a little extra but be healthy.
