I am almost a year post op in August and I am not at goal, but down 80 pounds. I spoke with my Drs and they did say the weight will be coming off much slower now. I was told to keep following the plan and more weight will come off. I am very guilty of introducing my Starbucks coffee back and sweets now and again, but I am getting back on track counting calories and watching my carbs, exercising and the scale is slowly moving again. I want to get down to 170 and I know that would be a good goal weight for me. 15 more pounds to go!!! Just try to remember why you did the surgery to be a healthier person:)

Hi everyone, Pray everyone had a wonderful 4th of July. As far as getting together July 8, 22, August 5th all work for me. Let me know what day will work best for everyone. I am only a year out, but if I was you I would call the surgeons office and see about getting in to see the Dr. I would call today and explain what symptoms you are having. Do you have a primary Dr may be he can help get you in to see your surgeon or another Dr that can check you out. Feel better
