I had my endoscope done found had some gastritis and put on meds. Then ultrasound or together they showed a stomach infection, was put on two different antibiotics for 14days. I hope it is gone. Wonder if they will retest me to see if it is better. Do you thing or did you have an infection, what was the results? Did you pass for surgery? I found this on ole faithfull Google. It is about drinking hot water, warm or cold.Drinking hot water helps to break down food faster thandrinking cold or warm water. It reduces the risk of constipation by supporting regular bowel movements. The warm water helps detox and cold water helps you body durning hot weather to get your body to the right temperature. I heard water in general will help start your metabolism. I think I may need to use the hot water, if it will help post-op constipation. I would to know that one. I only had to a Nutrition class. I have Medicare AARP. They have said nothing about a liquid diet before. They did start exercise and drinking water and changing our diet. We can be the harshest person to ourselves. We get enough negative from those around at times and it we are not positive we may believe their lies. We get upset our letting our body and health get so bad. We lose weight then it's the loose skin and things we have to work out in or lives even emotionally. I so understand the delima I was 17yrs when I got married been with the same man for 34yrs. He treats me just like that. I even carry is food to him in the man's cave (as they like to call it). I had surgery on my thumb in January wasn't supposed use it for 6weeks. He got tired working and coming home and having to take care of cooking. He brought food home one day and threw food on the table and said there it is. It definitely was a different time and for some us a do it to the end kind of girl but we do need that respect and love ourself enough to speak up in confidence. Does it seem your immune system is weak now after surgery? I hope not and this is just a simple cold. We're you able to take anything for the cold. Maybe heating pad would help your abdomen discomfort. Keep the pillow near for now with all the coughing. Pray you recovery will go well and no more sickness.

I had my evaulation I will get my results in the next 2 wks. The little consultation of how much you know about the Gastric Sleeve, the diets you done in the past and your support system, it was ok. Then came this stupid paper test. It was like I was back in school. I had several packets that were shade in the circles, types of tests, never did good with tests. It was math type questions and reading. I guess if your not smart, your not smart enough to follow the diet. Then did a personality type test, then a mental. The quiz, test whatever you want to call it. Let's call it a questionnaire, I don't know it took 2hrs. I felt like my brain was about to bust. I am not sure how I did.
