Scheduled June 12th combination of anxious and excitement. starting low carb diet Very thankful for this forum.

I like this topic. Surgery approaching June 12th. I know I am making the right decision but still having a lot of anxiety. As someone else said it would be irrational NOT to have anxiety before surgery.

Surgery June 12th. Getting as prepared as I can Vitamins, Water, Protein powder etc. I have a food scale too. Do I need small utensils? Will they really help?

Welcome to the JuneBunch. You will do just fine. Although, my surgery date is June 3rd (and I am new to the WLS community), this place is awesome for support/education. And you just might pick up a friend or 2. 😀
