So, I m down to 198 and feeling amazing, my husband and I started walking Monday and I felt so good, my legs were not rubbing together, I was able to keep up with him and I even noticed my shadow casted in front of me it was smaller, I did not have the broad shoulders or apple shape in front of me! It felt Soooooooooo Goooooooood! We walked 2 miles and did it again on Tuesday, Wednesday got rained out but we also celebrated 25 years of wedding bliss! WooHooo! Thursday, doctor's appointment and he was so happy of the weight loss! He also decreased my blood pressure medication in half! I also have went from a size 22W to a regular 14. I have to say it again, "I Feel Sooooooo Goooooood!"

I am so sorry I missed all of your questions, I had a graduate Friday and she was the last of our babies to graduate and have been busy planning for her special day! Yes, it was that fast! Highmark was great, I had made my deduction the year and did not have to pay anything out of pocket except for a few small and I mean very small bills! Yes, after the lapband, I gained most of my weight back I was at 298 before being banded and at 289.9 the day of surgery for the RNY! -

Foul flatulence and stools
SlimChickadee replied to mmy's topic in Mini Gastric Bypass Surgery Forum
@mmy, you are not alone! Yes, I am the same way and I am only 4mths post-op! My kids tell me how awful I smell and I am always showering! I bought a bidet and I still feel as if I am a walking stink bomb! I have bought the poopouri and it seems to help but I walk and sometimes cannot control the gas from my (well, behind) but yes it is embarrassing and I have chosen to eat a lot of chicken and fish to control the diarrhea/dumping and I only have two equals in my coffee in the morning, I have started eating a lot of fresh fruits, bananas, blueberries, strawberries and kiwi! I tell my husband, I need to get it under control before we go somewhere for any length of time. -

I checked our location of them and it says, I can purchase at our local Walmart, are you getting them at a local store or buying them off line? -

SlimChickadee replied to SlimChickadee's topic in Gastric Bypass Surgery Forums
@Krimsonbutterflies, congratulations on your journey! Yes, me too! I would much rather be gassy thank have dumping any day! Lolol -
Do anyone have any suggestions on how to keep gas off of your stomach? I have been eating a great deal of salads I purchase from Walmart (marketside chopped salad mix) that have cabbage, spinach, broccoli and many other nutritious vegetable in it but it gives me awful gas pains and gas period. I have tried Gas-x maximum strength and it helps some but do anyone suggest another alternative, should I take something like a Bean-o before eating! It is embarrassing because it smells so bad! I am 3mths post-op and have been doing great! I am just embarrassed by the stench and thank goodness for Poopourri toilet spray! #staysafemyfriends

Me tooooo! Made it and dumped for hours it seemed! I think Lactose intolerance for me! Tried bran cereal with 2% milk instead of my unsweetened almond milk and had same reaction! -
They look awesome! I am 3mths out and have been eating dominos regular wings like crazy! I can only eat 3 (3 drummies) at a serving and I am done! They have that grilled taste, no breading! I can eat them everyday! I find it to be a safe food for me and would love to try your recipe if you would feel free to share! They look delicious!

I am from a size 22w/24w down to 14w and I kept some of my smaller clothes! Donated my larger ones to my cousin's prison ministry for ladies transitioning out to have decent clothing for interviewing or just to have!
-
Absolutely! Why is everyone worried about toilet paper, did I miss something?
-
Lolol, yes it do! Have to tell you about my grand daughter she is 2 and potty trained, I work from home and was in my office she adventured off into Nana's bathroom and turned on the bidet, my daughter comes home from school and said, "Mom, that toilet thing sprung a leak and wayer is everywhere!" Needless to say, water was everywhere, so lesson learned to keep it turned on clean nozzle and the bathroom door shut! Lolol
