Had Roux NY on February 4th 2019.. lost 54 lbs . Chose the full bypass to heal my acid reflux ( Barrett’s esophagus) had no complications ( thank goodness) and haven’t cheated once but I know I could easily eat more than I should and not feel sick.. I thought I would have a built in tool ( feeling sick, foamies, dumping ) NOPE .. I feel great and should count my darn blessings..  no regrets though , I’m worried it will be WAY too easy to go back to my nasty old habits.. didn’t expect to have to fight the urge to eat more , because I could tolerate more.. so far I’ve followed everything to the letter.. I’m white knuckling it though and PETRIFIED
