Hello friends, I Had my surgery On April 29th. since having my surgeryI have only lost 35 pounds. I feel like I should have lost more by this point. I'm following my diet very closely I started to work out this week. So I was just wondering if anyone else has had this experience and if this seems normal to any of you. Oh yes! Ive been on stage 3 foods about a month now... and Im having so much trouble finding food thats approved. Its either I dont like the food or its too heavy on my stomach. So I tend to eat the same boring things every day. Its hard. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

Thats the same date of my surgery! Im happy to hear your doing so well. I think Im at one of those phases where my loss has stalled. Ive been at 254 for over a week. My surgery was one month ago today. Ive lost 33 pounds. I couldnt be happier. Yes it has been a challenge with pain and I had a couple set backs from food that didnt agree with me... It is a whole new way to think about food for me because in my family every gathering is about food. Im confident I can change this habit over time.. my solution is to make food that I can eat along with the food for everyone else. For me this journey is exciting & I learn new things everyday..
