    Hello Everyone! My name is Ruby Hernandez. I am 18 years old and my VSG surgery is on May 13, 2019. It’s coming up so soon! I am becoming really frusturated with my 2-Week Pre-Op Liquid Diet. Tomorrow is Day 7 and I have already lost 9 lbs. I have not cheated at all throughout this whole diet and I would like to keep it that way. Any tips on how to avoid yourself from cheating? Thanks! 💜

    ISSUE RESOLVED: My Surgeon said that it’s very common to have your period on surgery day and it will not interfere with my surgery. Thank the lord. 🙏🏻
