NAUSEOUS all the time and it’s been 5 months since my surgery

It’s been 5 months since my surgery, and I am constantly nauseous... I never really get anything up, it’s usually dry heaving... what can I do to help this? Drinking is hard for me, usually makes me super nauseous...
