Hi again, I see where you asked about cost. I paid 8k for mine and had it done in Mexicalli, MX right across from San Diego, CA. My husband paid 7800 (cost has went down some since the new Johnson & Johnson band has came out) and had it done at the same place...They were great...Dr. Aceves has a web site it is Untitled Document feel free to contact them if you are interested.
