I has lapband surgery in 2012 I had lost around 44 lbs but never hit my target weight.... I have gained some if it back and am just not happy with my size or health right now...
I am going to start a lapband reset this week, this reset has you drinking 5-7 protein shakes per day nothing else for the first 48hrs... My concern is when i drink a protein shake first think in the morning about an hour later I have to get to a restroom fast.... and then I end up with really loose stool for the rest of the day ... is this normal and does this happen to other people? ????
Makes it really hard to maintain your daily schedule when you have to keep running to the restroom.....
