From what I read, your hair falls out. I went on a strict diet last year. I put myself on again. I ended up losing weight and of course it came back on with a vengious and I had a bald spot in the back of my head. I'm just starting this journey and I pray it doesn't happen again. I take 5000 mg. Of Biotin a day But increased to 10000 starting today.

All of us are in agreement you look great and save your money . Go on a Cruise or a fancy trip and treat yourself. I too am starting this journey. I just wish I would done it when I was young. Keep us posted on your journey. -

That's awesome, your on a new journey. I'm only beginning the process to have surgery. I think I'm leaning towards Bypass because I have Heard so bad. Keep us updated.. Jacquie
