    Calorie goal?

I didnt get a calorie intake either from my nutritionist or my surgeon everyone says just get your 64 oz of water in and your 60-80 oz of protein. I am 2 months post op and I'm barely hitting 800 calories with 3 meals a day. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. Well thanks for that. I will try all those. I'm taking it slow but a lot of things I wasnt prepared for. I guess I just thought this was suppose to be fast and I was supposed to start seeing results immediately as well. All in due time I guess. My birthday is next month so I want to at least get out of the 280s as a birthday gift to myself. Thanks for all your help I really appreciate it. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  4. Thank you. I csn use all the support I can get. I think the food and figuring out whst to eat is a big thing too because I really am getting tired of salads 🤣🤣🤣. But I'm trying to have new things which is something I'm not really used to. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app

    STALLLLLL SOMEONE HELP!!!

That's what I want too. I can't wait to get under 250lbs thats my first goal. I hope it will happen for me soon too. I guess I expect to lose more. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  6. Wow this reassured me so much. I got my sleeve a week after yours on May 29th basically I've been having a similar experience as you have. I have had my stall and it last 3 weeks and I was so sad. I think I eat more then I should but I still dont know when to know if I'm full yet. I didn't think that would be so hard to figure that out. Nothing makes me sick but when I have sugar or too much of it I get extremely nauseous, I've tried serval other things to see what I can tolerate but I have been able to tolerate mostly everything I've tried. Picking foods to eat are still very challenging because I dont like to try new things, but I'm getting tired of just salads. I felt like I'm not losing my weight fast enough like I'm supposed to be doing a whole lot more. Today I had my first workout at home and it was hard. Your post, however, makes me feel like I'm on the right track and I'm doing well. So thank you for this. I'm extremely glad I came across it. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Cigarettes ?

No I didn't pick up that habit back up. I got help with a medication called Chantix. Most insurances cover the cost. It works. I dont even have an urge to smoke. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app

    Cigarettes ?

Consider using Chantix. I took it a month before I had to do my surgery in May 2019. I haven't smoked since then. I dont even crave it because it takes the craving away. And Im around people who smoke everyday. Its covered by most insurances as well. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  11. So I'm 51 days post op and I lost a total of just 30lbs. I havent been the greatest at this journey because I did try some things that I shouldn't have but I have been on my best behavior lately. I have been consumming my 60 gram of protein and my 64 oz of water but I'm not losing nothing. I constantly constipated. I dont know what to do...someone help me please. 5 weeks post op

I literally just was dealing with the same problem. I'm 7 weeks post op and I stalled because of constipation. Once I had a bowel movement I lost 5lbs. My biggest problem is that I'm always constipated and I not getting the weight off as fast because of it. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. I feel the same way because I did my surgery May 29, 2019 and I literally just lost only 24lbs I was feeling so defeated because no matter I do I'm not losing the weight the way I would like and I'm so constipated all the time. I've tried a candy, popcorn, nuts, fruit, vegetables to see what my body rejects but so far nothing. Everything is going down with ease. I too feel like why did I do this because I'm not getting the same results others did. Then my friend who did the surgery said to me, "my journey is mine and I can't compare it to anyone else's journey." I will say the same to you. Find out what works for you and your new body and do it. There's no way you will revert. You physically can't, because your body is not the same. Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app

Anyone still have trouble with bowel movements, I'm 37 days post op and its like my body is not allowing me to go. In order for me to go I have to do suppository and laxatives. It just won't happen naturally and I need help to figure out something because this is becoming a huge problem Sent from my SM-G965U using BariatricPal mobile app
