Hi there. I think Frustr8 was trying to answer your questions about any advice we could give you and multivitamins for hair loss. She told you that: -She takes Vitamins D, A and Prenatals with Iron -She believes she experienced some hair loss but it's hard to tell since red heads traditionally have less hair -With the minor hair loss she did experience, it was isolated to her bangs and was a simple fix that her hairdresser solved by giving her one of those haircuts she had when she was young -At around 3 months, she incorporated hair, skin and nails vitamins into her regimen which seems to help fight hair loss -She was having a difficult time swallowing capsules and even though she had by-pass, they gave her really bad acid reflux which is typically only an issue for those that opted for sleeve so her Dr. approved a multivitamin in a gummy form instead. Be careful with those and read the ingredients as many contain corn syrup and processed sugars which is not allowed after surgery since it can lead to "dumping" and get you back to being sugar-addicted which leads to weight gain. Go for gummies that are 100% fruit juice based instead -She now notices that she can no longer even tolerate the desserts and sweets that she used to love. She had a bit of a jelly bean this past Easter and vomited immediately. She was trying to be helpful and offer you some advice, insight, tips, that she noticed from her own experiences that could be helpful to you. Like you asked. No need to panic...little by little. This payday, I purchased my 3lb unflavored Isopure protein powder, isopure refreshingly light fruit flavor, extra strength chewable gas x, pill organizer, Barimelts (multivitamin, biotin, iron with c, calcium, b12, and ADEK), 3 boxes of lipton cream of chicken, 2 boxes of lipton onion soup, cream of wheat, instant mashed potatoes. Next payday will be the $40 hydracoach water bottle to remind me to drink and monitor my amounts. Then I'm off to surgery on June 3! I have hydrating moisturizers for my skin to prevent rapid aging, stretchmarks and looking old. Nivea, Eucerine, and Codi with olive oil. I have two leftover 3 lbs Isagenix meal replacement protein mixes and some PBFit that I plan to incorporate into my new life. Doing food funerals for the past 2 weeks and as we speak. Last pay period was steak, sushi, candy bars, juice it up smoothies, Chinese food, scalloped potatoes, candy bar, soda. Today, I'm about to whoop some crab and butter's ass. Fat me is trying to give future skinny me a bunch of embarrassing and shameful stories and I don't even care. [emoji173] Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app -

OK. This is going to sound Keto-ish but it's the truth. Your body only runs off of burning sugars or fat. When we were babies, our bodies would burn fat first for fuel. Fat-burning bodies are like candles and slow-burning so you stay satiatiated longer, sugar-burning bodies are like microwaves...instant (carbs are also sugar), which is why you crave more sugar (feel hungry) quicker. Your body adapts to either way...like an addict. Our natural state is to use fat as fuel first then sugars. But, if you give it a quick fix with sugars long enough you will have to retrain it to burn the fat first. That's why we forgot to eat when we were younger and could go long periods of time without food. As we aged and leaned into our processed sugar addictions, we were told that we could still eat sugar and be thin if we just eliminate fat from our diets. This is such a backwards way of thinking, especially now that you have re-set your body and only have a small pouch in which to nourish it. Train it to burn fats and eliminate sugars/carbs from your diet. You have a one ounce stomach to pack full of nutrient, vitamin, mineral rich foods. Use it wisely. Good fats are healthy and necessary. Avocados, almond butter, butter, WHOLE cottage cheese, etc. Fat free is devoid of a lot of the beneficial stuff but still has processed stuff and sugar in it that your body feels freaked out and in starvation mode about. Your body will never have a chance to burn fat like that. Plus your skin will look dry and old. You need oils and natural foods. Don't be afraid of eating like a whole healthy person. You will stay satisfied and satiated longer and place your body in fat-burning mode (ketosis). Your skin and hair will look great and your body will respond better. No more fat-free. Great list!!! Nice. I have a vitamix and one of those shake cups with the blending ball inside. So isopure is the protein you are going with. How's it taste? Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app -
