I need ideas for the soft food phase.My paper really only gives one suggestion... Can I do baked boneless and skinless chicken thighs with green beans? That used to be my favorite dinner. Any other suggestions would be great! I'll probably continue doing my shake shake in the mornings and my chicken salad for lunch. Cause by then I have already had 45 grams of protein for the day.

I'm actually 3 months out but due to complications I had to start from the beginning. What method would you use instead of baking? That's the healthiest option lol

I had my sleeve surgery on April 26, 2019. Today is the 30th. Everything has been great since surgery except for one thing!! Periodically I have spasms/cramps in my stomach. It's not my incisions but inside. They only happen for a few seconds and then they go away. Sometimes they come back every few minutes. And other times it will be a few hours. Why do I feel these pains? They are getting really annoying!! Any advice would be awesome!

Update!! I called my drs office and asked about it. A nurse called me back. She told me it could be a sign of me getting constipated. I took milk of magnesia and I was able to go to the bathroom and haven't had any "spasms" since! Thanks for the tip! I still have a ways to go until the puree stage! I feel better knowing that they will go away! Lol! Thank you! -

That's how long mine last! Except I haven't been nauseous at all. I'm not sure what it is. I see my surgeon Monday so I'll ask him about it! I hope we get it figured out! I'm not miserable but it's definitely a little painful and annoying! -

I have tried warmer liquids. Maybe I should write everything down and see if something is triggering it. When did the spasms finally go away?
