I'm in shock and awe!! Don't know what to think.! Weight at 1st meeting 5/19: 199.4 Weight on surgery day: 214 8/19 (yes food funerals)!! Weight 2 days post OP: 224lbs (I actually just ignored this an acted like it didn't happen) Weight today as I sit waiting for my Doc: 203lbs Surgery date 8/16/19. 11lbs in 7 days [emoji54] I am the biggest skeptic in the world because I was so sure this may not work for me. Just encouraging any one out there that doubts the abilities of this surgery, especially given everything we have done in the past, it Works and please go for it! Curiously enough, for the last two days, both head and physical hunger has decreased dramatically! So it definitely gets better. I'm with you Sean! It's tricky trying to figure out the source of discomfort and self correct. I didn't have any problems with Refried beans and cottage cheese yesterday but today was different. Took about an hour and the discomfort was real!!! I also had problems with microwaved eggs yesterday and could only eat the yolks of a soft boiled egg. Only things that go down consistently has been yoghurt and baked grouper fish so I may stick to that for now and retry others in a few days. I'm getting at least 48 oz water in and protein has averaged 50g in past 2 days. We'll continue to see... Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app
