  1. Thank you all for the input!
  2. My "full" cues are runny nose, hiccup, then sneeze. The sneeze is if I've eaten too much. 😂
  3. I am 16 months post-VSG and not quite to my goal (but surpassed my medical team's goal). I do eat protein first and get 90+ oz of water in a day, but I find that I am grazing more often and not eating on-plan sometimes. I know the "go back to basics" and the typical bariatric responses to keep going on my weight loss, but I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts/experiences/etc. specifically about Weight Watchers (WW+) post-VSG? Good, bad, opinions?

    Best Home Workout Subscription

I signed up for BeachBody OnDemand through a HS friend of mine and did it for a while before my gym opened back up and I really enjoyed some of their workouts! She recommended I start with the Clean Week workouts because it's almost an intro to some of the other programs. I then started the 21 Day Fix but didn't finish it because my PF re-opened, but I think I may go back to do it on my off-gym days. I like having my friend as a coach because while I didn't tell her about my VSG, I was up front with her about not wanting the shakes/meal plan due to special dietary needs and she never pushes them on any of her group members.

    4 weeks out

I am so glad I found your post! I was sleeved on 10/21 and lost 24 pounds in the first month. Today is my 1 month since surgery and I have not lost a pound in 5 days and between yesterday and today, I have gained 2.5. I know it is a marathon, not a sprint... but it is still discouraging and disheartening when I am following the plan and see the scale going the wrong way. I also know that the stalls are normal and expected, but it still doesn't take the sting away from the small uptick on the scale. Gonna try to keep the faith that this IS WORTH IT and we WILL be successful!! 💜
