Ok. Thanks. How many calories are y’all getting. I’m 6 months out and my surgeon said no more than 800 calories and no more than 50 carbs a day. -
I had gastric sleeve and hiatal hernia repair May 1,2019. It wasn’t too bad. The only thing that bothered me was the gas.

I had a hiatal hernia repair at the same time as well. The gas pain was hell after surgery. -

I had my surgery on May 1st with a BMI of 34. I am 5’3” and was 193 lbs on day of surgery. I am 142 lbs today. So, I’ve lost 51 lbs in almost 4 months. It’s not easy. It’s only a tool and you have to use it wisely. -
I ordered some last week. I will let you know how it taste!

Which surgeon did yours? I was outpatient in Birmingham too. Dr. Long did mine.

I had my surgery May 1st. My beginning weight was 193 and I’m down to 150. I get in my protein and water. But, I’m addicted to the sugar free popsicles. I eat around 12 -14 a day. They are like an addiction to me!
