Hello to everyone new 2 this forum, SAGB nov 07 in Belgium, slow weight loss but i guess its because i do not have much in the band -only bread is difficult. I am finding it very difficult with coming to terms with how i feel ie: to go to such measures to loose weight feel such a failure although i know i have not/could not loose weight previously on a long term basis, but it does not make up for the feelings i have. Hopefully this is only a stumbling block. Lots to read through and hopefully i will receive some responses. many thanks..look forward 2 chattin...:welldoneclap:

hi thank u for ur kind words, i have lost 32 lbs so far, had a small set back few wks ago and had to have an unfil - blockage and scared ******* to have it refilled, in fact im having panic attacks and i cannot make out if its fear of experiancing another blockage or my hormones!! both?!?!
