    April 2019 Surgeries!

Vsg 4/4/19 Hw 270 Sw 251 Cw 199 However, my lowest was 184. Ive not been doing so well, with the healthy eating the last 2-3 months or so and Im super bummed about it. Pathetic Pity Party, for 1 please?! 😟 I feel like I have totally wasted this post-op 'honeymoon'. Its almost like all the good attention and progress I have made has almost sabotaged my mind. Ill think 'Ive done so good!', really feel like Ive got this. Ya know...no big deal if I eat this ________, Ive lost 70 pounds. But then I carry on, creeping on the weight pound by pound. Wtf man. So stupid. Why am I doing this to myself?!

    Stall? Eating schedule and habits?

Yay! Surgery twins! And thanks! Congrats to you too!! So, I guess I need to pay attention and stop eating when I feel full, and then supplement as needed. While I have you, what multi vitamin do you take? I was taking the Bariatric Advantage chewables, but I just can't stomach them anymore and I have a hard time swallowing big tablets.
  4. Hey all! I had my VSG done April 4, 2019. As of this morning, since surgery, I am down about 46 pounds. I have been at a stall for the last month. It seems that I keep floating within the same five pounds and cannot for the life of me break 200! So here is where I am at with my thoughts about trying to figure this out still..... Is this actually a stall? Or is this because of my eating schedule/habits? I mostly just eat when I feel hungry (the real hungry, not bored hunger). So, if I have a nutritionally sound meal, say 2-3 ounces of chicken breast and some veggies. Do I stop eating that meal when I feel full, or am I supposed to continue eating it over time to get the nutrition in (like when some people say it takes them up to an hour to eat a meal)? I hope what I am asking makes sense. Right now, I continue to pick at that meal over time until its gone. Should I just be 'done' with that meal once I feel full and not continue to pick at it? Thanks for any help offered. I really do appreciate it!

    April 2019 Surgeries!

In my opinion, it's pretty common. If they gave you hyoscyamine, you can use that for spasms. It helped me a ton! Sent from my Pixel 3 XL using BariatricPal mobile app
