It is good to hear from people who are being successful I am trying to eat healthy even in my full liquids phase. I have made pureed soups with veggies with added protein powder. I have felt little restriction over the past few days, giving me one more thing to worry about. I do not feel stomach hungry though. When I am around people and food, I find myself eyeing the dips and spreads that I could be putting in my mouth, LOL
