Hello everyone. I am on day 7 after a VSG. I am starting to get hungry! Also my tastebuds have changed . Clear flavored protein is incredibly sweet to me, so I dilute with water to increase my intake. Is anyone else experiencing these things too? -

Ok. So I’m 3 days post op. Still some pain under my ribs and some fatigue. But not bad at all. I just have to actually take the cues from my body and rest. Went to the supermarket and everything looked delicious... but no temptation, just ready to get back to eating real (good) food when my body is ready. -
2 days until VSG. What did you miss from your bag, that you should have packed???

Ok. So I have to be to the hospital in 11 hrs. I have not packed my bag (procrastinate much?) The nerves have been activated!! Liquid diet today, and I am not even hungry. Just excited to alleviate the constant knee pain.
