My pre-op diet is for 2 wks Protien Shake for Breakfast, High Protien Snack, Protien Shake for Lunch, High Protien Snack, 3 oz of lean meat with veggie for Dinner and end the day with a Protien Shake as a Snack. Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app
