Thank you leahdavis33. Your comment tipped the scale and made call my sister to come help. She agreed. She said she’d stay as long as I needed her. Thank you again. My surgery is in the morning (May 20) I should get some rest. Talk to you soon. -

Would someone please help me figure out how to use this app. I am so technologically challenged it’s ridiculous. I see my post on this page. My post appears to be the last post. But, when I tap on my name it goes to another page that shows there are 424 replies to my questions. I can’t get to the page where the responses are. Another page says I have zero followers and zero following but, when I go to the top of this page the follow button has been highlighted in green. I’m lost. 😞 -
Unjury chocolate is the second best I’ve found.

Jasmine1129 I am on the preop liquid diet to. I like the Atkins protein plus shakes (chocolate). They taste good. I didn’t like the after taste of the premiere protein. The Atkins protein plus has 30g of protein, 1g of sugar, 2 g carbs and 7g of fiber.

Weirdest things you are looking forward to after surgery
gsgbutterfly replied to Krestel's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Not being the biggest person in the room. Sitting in a chair without the arms pressing into my sides. Sitting on an airplane without a seat extension -getting of of high blood pressure mess -getting rid of this miserable CPAP -even being able to consider walking/running a 5K. -having a toned body instead of one that feels like jello. -being able to shop in stores other than Catherines and Lane Bryant -not having to ask salesladies in the plus size Dept “what’s the largest size you go up to?” -being able to walk up a flight of stairs without the person on the phone asking me “Why are you breathing so hard all of a sudden?” -being full after eating a small portion instead of having three plates For dinner. -the biggest one is feeling comfortable in my skin. I know it sounds strange but sometimes I just can’t get comfortable, as if my skin is the wrong size or doesn’t fit correctly. - FREEDOM FRIM FEELING MISERABLE EVERY DAY! -

Hi, started at 306 then had foot surgery and went up to 312. I’m down to 303 now. My sleeve surgery is scheduled for Monday, May 20. I’m on the liquid diet. Some days I’m hungry and some days I’m not. When I’m hungry, I feel like I’m starving. I’ve stayed the course and not had anything but liquids. Has anyone else had this issue? Any advice? Also, to those who’ve already had surgery, I live alone and do not have stairs in my house. Is is necessary to have someone stay with me the first couple of nights I’m home after surgery?
