    Hi Mikeyy. I had the vertical sleeve done. Right now walking. Working myself up to 2 miles a day. That’s all my dr will allow until my next visit

    It may not be a good idea to crush your blood pressure meds. My mom crushes all of her meds and vitamins. Unfortunately, we found out crushing her blood pressure pills was a no-no because they are time released. It sky rocketed her blood pressure and she was hospitalized for over a week. Thank God for working it out. You may want to talk to your pharmacist about any pills you crush. Hope this helps

    GasX is pretty important. Either the chewables or strips. My husband pre-made bone broth for me and froze them in quart sized bags. Also, a couple of compression undershirts help to support you so your belly isn’t hanging.
