I have allergies and Iam currently taking zrytec along with an OTC allergy pills. Last week I tried tylenol allergy cool burst. I swallowed one and it ended up coming back up. Seem like the cool burst irritated my throat and taste buds. I am trying to see if there is a smaller OTC allgery pill out there that works well with the band that last all day, so Im not popping pills every 4 hours cause my eyes are itching from the pollen. Im just trying to avoid going to my primary doctor.

If you eat sandwiches for lunch. What type of bread do use? Wheat, Whole Grain Wheat, Rye???? I'm trying to widen my choices. Which breads have the lowest calories and carbs? Thanks

Ive received my 3rd fill on this past Friday 12/5. For the past week when I ate it felt like a golf ball going down. Now today I called to get an unfill tomorrow. And just suddenly I ate some popcorn for snack this evening and it went down fine, but now I have this gurgling noise when I ate and drink now. Is this normal? Or am I just that sensitive to fills? Should I cancel the Dr. appointment?

Mine is on the right side, 3 inches below my right breast.

All of my scars are gone away except for the port scar. I used vitamin E oil on my scars starting 1 week post for 3 months.

I am traveling this Friday to Florida. This is my first time flying since having my band. What type of food items can I take with me that will get past TSA without questioning? Crystal light, Water, nuts???? Thanks

Before surgery I was a 22/24. Today I put on a pair of size 14 Gap jeans, that I havent wore in 3 years. Bye bye to the plus size stores. It's a great feeling.

My dr recommended to take your vitamins and protien daily. I have not lost any hair, in fact my hair has grown even longer since surgery.

I dont use spanx but I have used Assets and I've heard they work the same way. Assets are $17 - 30.oo they can be found at Target or The Avenue. I hope this helps.

I have seen big size coats at The Avenue, Catherines, Lane Bryant or Bulington Coat Factory.

Don't feel bad cause I had to pay $700.00 but the dr. office broke the payments up, the fee had to be paid before the surgery date.

I would like to know how many people out there have lost most of their weight without drinking protein drinks everyday? My scale has not moved in 2 weeks and now Im starting to think it's the protein drink.

I have only lost 27 pounds. I cant wait to get that 2nd fill.

Has anyone started lifting weights yet? I want to start but Im not sure if it's too early.
