i use an app called myfitnesspal to track my meals/ calories and its been working great for me it has reminders to log your meals and it also adjust your calories when you input your exercises you can even keep track of how much water you drink a day. there is also a featur that tells your how much you will weigh if you eat the same calories for 5 weeks . im doing really well better than i thought ! im my appointment for my last clearance is tomorrow i hope ill be joining the June Sleevers club ! good luck!
p.s the app mapmywalk by the same maker tracks your walks and tell you the distance you went and how many calories you burned. it only tracks walking though.
