I’m 2 weeks post op, I take Opurity capsules. I am suppose to take two a day, however I can only take 1 and that 1 makes me feel like crap. My stomach starts hurting and I get really nauseous. I am not good with liquids or chewable, never have been. Every time I try any liquid or chewable medicine I throw it up immidiatly. What other type of vitamins can I have? Please help.
