  1. Since last Tuesday's fall I have been in kind of a depression. Not really sure what is going on as I did succeed in getting myself off the floor, which I am very pleased with, yet haven't exercised at all this week. Sleep has been lousy too. Since losing the extra body weight my own body cushion is gone. Since having such lousy sleep lately this weekend I got my bed foam cushion out of storage and my room mate and I put it on the bed. I had taken it off years ago when I had switched beds. Last night's sleep was not that much different than the night before. Hopefully within the next few days with this extra bed cushion I can get some better sleep and get out of this funk I am in.

I hope you start feeling better. I'm an insomniac (which doesn't help my depression). My surgeon prescribed Trazadone (sp) to help me sleep. It's actually an anti-depressant that isn't used much any longer because it causes drowsiness. Fortunately, it's one of those drugs people who've had WLS can take (the Advil PM and even Tylenol PM were out). So you might talk to your doctor next time you see them. I grok you about the lack of padding! My tailbone is in constant pain now, and that's with an ugly little coccyx pillow! Take care!
