End of week one. First few days behind on fluids and protein but have hit goal last 3 days. Jumped on scale this morning and down 12lbs. SW was 261. So far so good. Only downside is another week of liquids to go.
Had my surgery on the 28th. All went well and had 2 nights in hospital. At home resting now and working on getting liquids in. So far so good. Bit low on energy but guessing that's to be expected.
