I'm so glad you tried those. I need to get some to try. I saw them at Walmart and wondered if they were any good but didnt get any yet. I saw the other coffee kind they had too and I may try those as well. If I can get protein and coffee in one I'm all for it lol -

I've got so much sf jello and sf pudding to make but I dont want to yet. I dont want to get everything prepped and ready and it go bad before I have a chance to eat it. Ugh. I feel like there are a million things I need to get done before surgery so that I won't have to struggle to get anything done post op. So much organizing, cleaning, and prepping that I have to do. Anyone feel like its crunch time now? -

I get nothing but liquids. At least I can have sf pudding and sf jello lol. I also get diet coke but I may just quit my carbonated drink habit now so that it's not so hard after. I made some chicken bone broth to freeze so that I have that done and i need to start making my jello and pudding to store for my liquid diet but it can be so overwhelming. -

I'm supposed to do 14 days but I'm going to do 21 just to make sure I'm good to go. Surgeon said my BMI isnt super high and my labs last month looked good so he's not really worried that my liver will be huge but I think "better safe than sorry". I have to get my labs rechecked June 3rd for June 19th surgery -

I got a phentermine prescription too but from my PCP. It's supposed to help with the liquid diet so I'm on day 2 of taking it and I start my liquid diet next Sunday. I hear the first few days of the liquid diet are a b***h. -

Girl we got this!! I've been doing the same thing lol. My wonderful kids remind me that I'm fat all the time and that I need this to be able to be a good mom. I'll be healthy and show them how to live healthy. We are all surgery siblings so that means we will always lift each other up.
