Does anyone have suggestions of multivitamins? My nutritionist said centrum, flintstones, or a bariatric specific one. I'm looking for a bariatric one that has all that I need in one pill if possible. Any suggestions?

You know what honey, these things happen. Cant beat ourselves up over it. Just dust yourself off and pick up where you left off. You CAN do this. I promise. Cheating can be harmful if you go nuts and cheat all day every day but one or two slip ups can happen. Just smile, remember you got this, and a quote I saw somewhere stuck with me because I'm a nighttime binge eater, "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" I prefer "nothing tastes as good as healthy feels". My preop diet is: All 3 meals are protein shakes and snacks are sf jello, sf pudding, and sf popsicles. As for what kind of protein shakes, I really love the Unjury kind. They are amazing. I havent figured out my vitamin situation yet. I should find out on Monday if they recommend a specific kind though.

My liquid diet is: Morning: protein shake Snack: sf jello or sf pudding Lunch: protein shake Snack: broth or healthy low fat cream soup Dinner: protein shake Snack: sf popsicle We are also allowed to have diet soda, water with crystal light/mio, and vegetable juice. What kinds of vitamins did yall have to get? I havent found out what kind I should get yet.

This is the part I'm dreading. I'm a night eater. I eat most of my carbs and stuff at night and I'm terrified I'm going to mess up when I have to start my liquid diet next Wednesday. Ugh.

I can relate. My 9 year old is super lean and muscular but my 5 year old LOVES food and he literally eats non stop and isn't really heavy yet but I want to nip it while I can because I refuse for my kids to go through the hurdles in life that I had to. If I can help them fight, I will.

My sons wanted it until I told them it was sugar free lmao. My kids looked at me like I was from another planet and my oldest son said "they make a sugar free kind, what is wrong with them?!" With my healthier lifestyle comes a healthier lifestyle for them too, they just dont know it yet lol

Girl I live in Arkansas so I get you on the heat and humidity. Unfortunately I'm going to have to go walk at the park in this God awful weather because if i put a treadmill in my house, my kids would use it as their own personal toy. I hate the heat and humidity soooooo much
