    Hi, sorry you’re feeling rubbish. I was sleeved on 23rd. Felt like I’d made the biggest mistake of my life , until this morning. Feel so much better today. I’ve bought protein water as I had an episode of Dumping on tue so leaving the shakes alone. Things will get better, I’m afraid it’s little walks and often. Good luck

    Good luck! Remember why you’re doing this, to improve your future. Lying here in UK @ 8am, 5 days post band to sleeve revision surgery. Feel like I’ve been run over but know it’ll pass, baby steps. You’re doing a positive thing! Best Wishes........... see you on the other side!!!!

    Feeling very ropey, sore , tired and now 2 cases of dumping syndrome. Beginning to wonder if all this is normal

    HI. No idea although my nurse thinks probably the protein shake. Probably just having a bad couple days post op, trying to run before I walk. Very tired but guess that’s no surprise. Dumping syndrome was frightening though
