This thread is dangerous, it makes me want to buy more stuff!

I had redi whip on my decaf for dessert. Bucket list is something that changes a lot for me. I really like the guided meditation on the Calm app. I do that about 4 days a week.

Deedee your BMI (32) is listed automatically under your weight on this site since you entered your weight and height on your public profile.

I can’t believe it’s December 3rd! Personal Goal is to maintain my weight which seems to settle at 125-127 unless I eat peanut butter! My favorite winter activity is avoiding the cold weather. Considering I grew up in Wisconsin and live in N. Illinois it can be a full time job.

Me too, I have to stop looking at it.

I’m marking this down for when we head back to Toronto in March. I didn’t have time to take pictures at Thanksgiving since I was hosting. I didn’t eat as much as I thought I would. I anticipated I’d eat my weight in stuffing but ended up having about a 1.5 cups over 2 days. I’m not much of a dessert person but this year pumpkin pie was my favorite item. -
Experience this month. Hanging out with my 5 month old granddaughter.

What bill am I grateful to pay? Ugh. I’m just glad we can afford to pay them and carry no debt other than mortgage.

What she said.

What am I most grateful about my country... our resiliency, and boy do we need it now.

I had my first carbonated beverage since surgery yesterday. I’d like to report that a half a bottle of sparkling water didn’t kill me.

What meal was I most grateful for today. I had a great smoked pork tenderloin, but I didn’t really care. MY 5 month old GRANDDAUGHTER from Canada is visiting!! She’s adorable and this week is going to be a fun grateful week for me.

Dr Weiner has a video on YouTube about it I believe. It has something to do with your metabolic set point. I’ll look around tonight if I have time and post it .

I don’t know, I’m guessing it would. I weighed 130.4 one day which really caught me off guard. I weigh myself about once a week and I’m always 125-127. I cut my calories and upped my exercise the past 4 days and I’m back to 126.8-127.4. I was 130-129 for 3 days. The only thing I did differently that week was one night out for my birthday dinner and I ate peanut butter on multiple days. I think it might be the pb, it is hard to measure!

I am 15-16 months out and in the last month I’ve noticed I can gain a few pounds VERY easily. I cannot stray far from 1200 calories, good news is so far I can rein it in. I wouldn’t recommend trying to gain weight this early either unless it was an unhealthy weight.

@ms.sss My youngest son has SO MUCH Raptor, Blue Jay, and Hamilton Tiger-cat gear. His stepbrothers live in Ajax and Brampton and his Aunts are in Hamilton. *It took me a few days to forgive Toronto for beating my team (Milwaukee Bucks) to get to the championship. I’m a fair weather fan, so it was easy to root for Toronto when the games began.

What am I most grateful for in my city/town. We have a top notch school district and gorgeous parks. I didn’t take either of these photos. B. I suck at moderation.

Twitter: It keeps me informed, enlightened and Chrissy Teigen never fails to make me laugh .

Thanksgiving memories. I have 3, the first 2 are related. 1994-Going out with our entire family to a nice restaurant knowing it would be my Mom’s final Thanksgiving. It was bittersweet but I’m so glad we did it. 1995-My Dad insisting he host even though my Mom passed away and he can’t cook. He reheated the buns in the tray with the plastic on them! It was good to laugh again. My all time favorite was sometime when I was probably in high school or maybe college. We were having Thanksgiving at my Grandmas and she asked me to help make gravy. I had NO idea what I was doing and made a mess of it which she had to fix. During dinner my Grandma of course proclaimed to everyone what a great job I did and made sure everyone complimented me on how good the gravy was. She was that kind of Grandma and it was awesome.

B. My hatred of being fat was my biggest issue. It prevented me from doing a lot of things because I was so self conscious. I was pretty new at being fat and I really didn’t like it. Things don’t bother me more now, I’m still annoying . @MIZ60 Have you tried Jane Iredale Lip drink? My sister bought me some years ago when I was going through chemo. I still use it and love the stuff!

@sillykitty We are almost the exact same in stats and I agree although I noticed my pixie pants were a size 8 last night and my old navy jeans are size 6. Gap is owned by the same company and I wear a 4 with them. Makes no sense.

I’m definitely a salt person, I would take good bread over dessert any day. Im grateful for my Fitbit. Keeps me moving and accountable.

My son loves using his sous vide, I love to cook but I’ve never had interest in getting one. I bought an instant pot last year and I forget to use it. I was considering an air fryer however I know I would forget to use that too. We are hosting 16 for Thanksgiving this year! I should look up instant pot ideas for a group.

I don’t look what other people buy at the grocery store. Judgment free zone in my world.

My birthday was last month and due to scheduling we celebrated tonight. I had the best dinner I’ve had in a while. The bread is simply wood fired pizza dough with olive oil and rosemary, the salad is a blackened shrimp with Calabrian Chiles, pine nuts and a lemon vinaigrette. Followed that up with a trip to my favorite chocolate shop. I had a raspberry and a dulce de leche truffle. Every bite was worth the calories today.
