Good evening, Just wanted to give an update.. I’m a month and 2 weeks out of surgery. My scale reflects only a 4 pound weight loss but as frustr8 and gradycat mentioned I’m losing inches. In fact I’m fitting pants that are 2 sizes smaller. So please keep following the diet and stay encouraged.. the weight loss will come. Thank you all again for boosting my spirits.

Had the gastric sleeve 3 weeks ago, only weight loss to date is from pre op diet. following diet but don’t know what to do.

Yes. Nurse said it’s normal but how could it be normal not to lose weight after surgery. sleeve was very tight day after, dr gave me a steroid. After that I feel like I did before surgery. I could eat more but I stick to my proteins and fluids. Still nothing. So discouraged
