Heartburn 2 months post op?
Beegrrly replied to dreamingofasleeve's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
I still have heartburn I unfortunately which I heard is a sign you should go through with the rny which I am not ready for. I am 6 months out. So I still just take my omeprozol everyday. -
I’m about to start this journey again too so I’m glad I’m not the only one who is having these worries but also working on overcoming them.

I am @livin_the_sleevedlife I’m always looking for good instas to follow :)

I’ve done the daily Burn when they were new and then a few years later. I thought they had a great selection of workouts based on where you are in your journey and they were fun. I just didn’t keep it up because of budget but I’d do it again in a heartbeat

Sleeves Any regrets????why and why not????
Beegrrly replied to supergirl88's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
No regrets here and I even had it done in Mexico so I don’t have a lot of medical support follow up here. I’m 5 months post op and I’m down almost 70 pounds. It feels so great and my only regret is I let myself talk myself out of it for so many years. -
Coke Zero and clearly American

I can now cross my legs!!!!! Woo!!!

I am 6 months out now and I started drinking pop slowly again at almost 5 months. Some may say thats too soon or you shouldn’t, but I like pop and Its not hurting me
-
I’ve always seen those girls who can sit cross legged (Indian style I guess) in their office chairs and I was always too big for that. This week I can officially sit like that in my chair like that and not be uncomfortable. A weird NSV but it makes me happy 😃

I drink pop again now, I love Coke Zero but I keep it to one or two a week and I usually have to do fountain drinks because it’s less fizzy.
