However, they did say it was worth it. I I do see a therapist every week, so I talk to her about this and we have been walking through it. Stick with it. You have this!

Congratulations! I am super excited for you. I cannot wait to get the surgery part over. I personally feel like that is the easiest. I am in pre-op and trying to get in protein and new healthy eating lifestyle is a challenge. But I am ready!

Update-I've gotten my test results back and I have to take Iron and Calcium CITRATE. I also had my first nutrition visit and I have a lot of habits to change. First NO MORE SPARKLING WATER. T

Great post and i get where you are coming from. I haven't had surgery yet and I am experiencing all the things you say about happened to you pre-op. Girl, that is me and I am pre-op. I have been job hunting for a year and still haven't gotten an offer. My ideas get overlooked at work but yet I get glowing EOY reviews. I say stay strong and yes therapy. I am seeing a therapist now talking about how I get treated now as a larger person that when I was a size 12. So frustrating!

I am going to start overeaters anonymous too. I am also pre-op. Never had any WL surgery but I know I have an issue with overeating.

Hi Newbie Here. I decided in Jan that I wanted to learn more about WL surgery and I have decided I want to go down this journey. However, I live in CA and my family lives in the Midwest. Outside of this forum, what other places can you find support? I am pre-op and I have my first nutrition and surgeon meeting next month.
