I had tried every thing I could after I had a knee replacement to lose weight and not put pressure on my knees. I had to get a balloon inserted in November of 2012 , I was at a whooping 143kg and after 6months of the balloon ( removed at 6 months) i had lost about 53kg and was really happy for a year before the weight gradually crept up on me. I found myself yoyoing between 130kg and 138kg until my blood pressure issues started last year and I knew something had to give. I pray earnestly that with a more restrictive procedure that I can keep the weight off and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
