I'm stuck - What can do to finally have a bowel movement?

Today (3/20), I am 6 days Post-Op. I have kept up with ducasate and milk of magnesia, yet I have not had a bowel movement. I can't even eat my full ounce, because I feel full. What can I do do get things running again? -
