Which vitamins do you take? I also suffer from this. My surgeon told me to take the max amount suggested on dulcolax then miralax the days after. -
How many carbs are we allowed a day, or per meal? I've seen alot of variations. It's not on my postop plan anywhere. It only has the required protein.
