I'm having a really tough time at work and the boss has called me in for a meeting tomorrow, and Im literally concerned for my job. The question is how do I keep on my road towards weight loss. With all the stress, my dinners probably keep getting bigger and bigger and Im not talking my morning dogs walks like I used to. Yes, Im still down a lot of pounds, but it's these types of situations that got me into the big numbers to begin with. I really need to handle this one better. I dont want to scew up my body with this second chance that Ive been given.

Thank you so much for writing this...Im almost in tears at the moment. Even if on the inside I know that is what I have to do, having someone else say it out loud really helps. "Put ALL situations on time out," will be my mantra even if things go to hell in a hand-basket tomorrow!

Thanks VIKING 0424! Yes, the worst thing did in fact happen today, and thanks to my putting my head on straight and going out with the dogs this morning, I survived it. Not a single tear shed yet which surprises me. I think before I would have turned to food directly, but at least now I can fall back on meal replacement shakes. Not the healthiest alternative, but a good fall back position.
