I just had my first fill today. I was reading about fills and saw your post. I had surgery on 6/25 at Baylor in Frisco with Dr. Cribbins. I live in McKinney. I have lost 20 lbs. Ten was from the three weeks prior to surgery. I had a lower BMI since I am short. My diabetes was getting very hard to control and I had several other medical problems. I think the band will help me lose 35, but the rest will take some exercise and work on my part. I was just starting to enjoy a few more foods six weeks out. After this fill, I am back on liquids. They could only fill 2cc in an 8cc band today. I will go back in two weeks to get 2cc's more. I hope that will help with this hunger. It seems I have been hungry for eight weeks (3 weeks prior and six weeks after). I am a little grouchy today and my port site is still very sore. I hope you are doing well and wish you the best.
