Hello all The last 2 days have been great Haven’t had any pain meds or any bad effects at all but I also haven’t pooped since before the surgery which was last Thursday thinking I might have to do this move move today down 4 pounds but I’m not worried I’m getting my water and protein in

@Girly51 that’s great! How are you feeling now? I’m having a hard time sleeping thru the night but not because of pain or anything. Feel a little bloated but happy I get to have protein shake today
