    Wish I done surgery sooner

I so much happier and healthier, after I got my surgery I just wish I did sooner and not let my weight get so high that I weigh over 600 lbs. I know I still have a long way to go but I weigh 400. I can do a lot more things know, that I couldn't before. My goal is to write a book about my journey, and help people with their surgery.

  20. Thing I want to do after I have weight loss surgery, and lose weight. Be over 600 lbs there a lot things I can't do without my daughter and son help like taking a shower by myself, tie my shoes, and many other things. But after I have surgery hear are some things I like to do.                                                           1.take a shower without help.                                                                                       2.    Fit in booths and chairs without fearing they will break! And, [I can] enter a room and not look to see if I'm the largest person in the room.                          3.Tying my own shoes

    4.climb stairs without being breathless

    5. Be a lot healthier for me and my kids

Wishing you all the success imaginable with your weight loss journey. I am very sure you will achieve all of your goals, and the secret often lies with us having patience, to allow our goals to arrive as they should. The process is both rapid, at times, and more gradual at others, and at such gradual times to follow, always important to see just how far we have come on our journey. Keep your eye on the prize, and the rewards will very definitely come. :)
