I had a fill today and I'm now having some ache type pains when I breathe. Never has this happen to me before and I have been banded sice May 21 2008. I have a 14cc band with about 7.75 cc in it now. My question is mostly has anyone else had this happen? Should I be worried or just give it a day or so? I notice the pain more when I have had a bit of something to drink , coffee as eample. Thanks ahead for any advice... Jessica

I had my band placed by doctor Carl Weiss may 21st 2008 and I have nothing to say but good things about him and his amazing team he works with. They are ALL very supportive and have truly given me my life back. I started at 343lbs and im now down to 218lbs. With this team of caring people you get support groups every Wednesday , a Nutritionists that's very easy to get a hold of and even an appointment with a Physical Therapists to start you off on easy but effective exercises. The surgeon Doctor Weiss is simply amazing and i suggest auburn for anyone who is looking to change there lives and work with a winning team. ~~Jessica

A little back ground on me before we start... I'm 29 now and had surgery back in ny may 21 2008. I lost a total of 133lbs in less then one year. My starting weight was 343 lbs. I moved to Washington state in aug 2009. I have no doctor out here bc they all want more then i can afford for 1st visit. i have gained about 40lbs back form aug to now . I'm in a deep depression bc i lost my father and now all i do is reach for food. So.... I need help. I need to get myself back on track. When I try I do well for about 2 days then its over. Im starting to save for a doctor as of my next paycheck but it will be easy a month or more before i can get in with one... and i cant just rely on the doctor for everything i know this... i gotta push myself. So i need to know how everyone copes with this. Maybe how others have jump started them selves again. Maybe even someone who i can email . Ill take any help.... Since i lost my father I lost alot of will. And the sad thing is I know he would not want this for me. He was so proud of my weight loss. please help.

Its become so out of hand i cry every day.... so i will be looking for help this week. thanks for the support... ill take as much as i can get. jessica

So I have lost 133lbs... But not I'm kinda more relaxed on my diet and workouts.... I moved to Washington state from ny just a month or so ago and I'm looking for a doctor now so i can get the ball rolling. So its not like I don't know what I'm supposed to do... its more like.. I used to weight 343lbs now I'm 210lbs and i feel a lot better... I'm getting that I'm comfortable stage now ... but I'm still not happy. I know i can do better but... its like ... hard to get myself to push again after a year of going so hard core. ( yes i lost 133lbs in one year ) does this make any sence? Can anyone offer some support and help me get my butt moving? ~~Jessica

My name is jessica and im 28 years old. I had the band back in may 21st 2008 and have lost around a total of 120lbs. I started out weighting at 343lbs . so with that info aside.... Im currently having some issues making the right choices with food. I have not lost alot of weight in the past 2 months and i tend to want to eat higher fat foods as of right now. I still work out between 2 to 4 days a week. and for the most part pick good foods until late at night. I work 2nd shift so when i get home is the hard time. Ill eat Breakfast around 11am - 1230pm and then lunch 545 pm and for dinner i do an optafast while i walk on the tredmill at work. Sometimes ill have a snack somewhere in the day. I have also picked up drinking coffee which adds calories due to the fact i like it very sweet and light. Im pretty sure i need to drop the coffee and try to get to bed earlier ( go to bed at 2-3am ) so i dont want to eat at night... but its just hard to do it sometimes. so im looking for some tips , advice or maybe someone to just yell at me hahaha. thanks ahead! ~~Jessica
