Exactly my point JessLess. The only product he recommended is BariatricPal. I’d like to see a variety of recommended options so I’m not getting biased information. To run a product where the community of information is so key, this seems like an awful practice. Just a thought...

Why skip the fattier meats? I thought low carb high (good) fat was okay and actually preferable?

It seems like a conflict of interest to debunk a competitors product and then say the only superior alternative is one of the product you work for. Can you provide a variety of options that are superior?

I was told not to have caffeine but mainly because they only want me drinking either hydrating or protein based liquids for the first two weeks. I found a coffee protein shake that has caffeine - does anyone know if that would be okay? I’m 3 days post op with VSG surgery. Thanks!

Had VSG two days ago and am having trouble lying down. It causes discomfort in my stomach - anyone else feel this? It’s especially uncomfortable after I sip liquids. Does this go away?
