It is very interesting how different surgeons want their patients to pre-op. My pre-op diet is protein shakes, sugar-free clear liquids, sugar-free, Jell-O sugar-free popsicles –that’s it. I am on day three, it is easier than day one. I know I can do it, it’s mind over matter. This is a lifestyle change. If you can’t hang with the preop, how are you going to manage the post op. 🤓
