Scott and White reccomended a place to have it done, but I could've had it done anywhere I wanted. I just had to call the place and they took care of all of the insurance stuff. I didn't have to go through my primary doctor, I just did it myself. I think you're allowed to self-refer for any mental health needs. The place I went to was called the Chupik Conseling Center, and I saw Dr. Heikens. He really knows what he's doing with the lap band psych evals because he's done it often. And he has an office in Killeen, it's in the shopping center across from the mall. If you need his number, I have it still so just let me know. Good luck!
