    ❤MARCH 2019 CHALLENGE❤

    I’m in starting late lol. Today’s weight 135.7kg want to be 130kg end of month. Love mornings to wake up thank God and reflection I used to do yoga but am not as bendable due to oesteoarthritis and knees bone on bone Will make attempts though. 💐

    Very low again

    I haven’t been sleeping well and today woke at 4 didn’t see it pm. Just thought it was a bit brighter than normal put tv on and couldn’t workout why the evening news readers were on. Took me another hour to realise I woke pm not am. Feeling stupid lol. But did sleep better than I thought lol

    @jobber that is correct re apnea’s and anaesthetics. I’m ok and do have a machine but atm not sleeping well at all, nervous anticipation for my surgery I guess. 💕

    I take 200 mg of setraline for major depression and acute anxiety. Feeling bit anxious as haven’t got my date with surgeon yet

    sleep study

    I have sleep apnea and am waiting for date for surgery. I am 140 kg and 67 yrs old 154 cm and use CPAP machine. Was taking pain meds as have spondylitis and osteoarthritis severe. But developed central apnea so now off all pain relief and can’t sleep coz pain. Will be wonderful to have op and loose 50 kg. Wish me luck. Lol. I’m from Australia

    I haven’t got my date but have had all bloods and heart tests done and the anaesthetic team are happy to go ahead. 140kg and sleep apnea. Need to be able to walk. Too heavy. I’m turning 68 this year. From Australia
