Congrads!! May I ask what is the "very low carb dinner" you speak of?Maybe an example of what you ate pls. I dont have any support from my family they all eat unhealthy and are thin, so I need to make my own meals and It is so much easier when I have someone giving me examples of their sucsess.I really appreciate the posts. -

ALoha all!, I am going through this process and prepairing myself before I get banded on how I should be eating.Problem is I am so very clueless on what my meals should be,and what actually works.I would really appreciate some examples of you veterans who has this down!!Please help :laugh: -
